News - Vacufill coolant exchanger machine from Autoclimate

Following repairs, the Vacufill refill process is extremely quick and the vacuum ensures that any air locks are automatically eliminated. The operator can choose to use new or used coolant from the built-in reservoirs, with water and anti-freeze pre-mixed to prescribed levels.

The Vacufill is equally well suited for any vehicle service, repair or fast-fit operation. Given that anti-freeze should be checked annually, and serviced if it falls below the prescribed alkalinity, acidity and freeze cover levels – Vacufill is the machine for the job. It also makes antifreeze replacement, recommended every five or six years, a very easy process.

Being compressed air-powered, the Vacufill has no mains electrical or moving parts - the machine has a 12v pump to empty the waste tank. The Vacufill is therefore safe and low-cost to operate and designed to give a long service life.
