Product Analyst - Database (SQL-Server / Data warehouse / Excel)

 

Autoclimate is seeking a Product Analyst with an excellent background in Data warehousing, Database Architecture and SQL - Server.
 
The successful candidate will have extensive hands-on experience pulling data and transforming into readable reports as well as excellent analytical skills. A good knowledge of vehicle components would be preferred but not essential.

Key tasks would include;

•    Contribute to the product analysis roadmap.
•    Identify key business opportunities relating to product opportunities and propose priorities.
•    Develop and enhance reports and analysis (Searches, Inventory, Price Competitiveness etc.)
•    Liaise with Supply and product research teams to explore new product channels.
•    Contribute to developing the Analytics Data warehouse.
•    Develop SQL scripts to extract reports to create views for reports.
•    Provide ad-hoc reporting support.


Essential Skills;

•    Strong Excel skills, including comfort with pivot tables, nested formulas, and logic functions and macros.
•    Strong PowerPoint skills.
•    Capability of working with Databases SQL-Server with capability to write SQL statements to extract data out of DWH.
•    Good understanding of Database architecture to contribute to the strategic development of our DWH.
•    Extensive hands-on experience pulling data and transforming into readable reports.
•    Able to present complicated data in a straightforward, easy-to-understand manner.
•    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
•    Analytical skills: ability to slice and dice the data, identify and decipher patterns, translate them into insights and recommendations.
•    Understanding on how to structure data.

Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience (Circa £25k)

Outbound Telesales and Marketing.

£17k Basic (£22k OTE)

 

Autoclimate Ltd are currently seeking an experienced Outbound Telesales and Marketing professional, with a proven track record of success to join their busy and friendly team.

We are the UK's leading Automotive Air Conditioning specialist and have innovative and exciting plans for growth.

The new role is a key part of these plans and will involve;

•    Increasing revenue through outbound telephone contact with both new and existing customers.
•    Working as part of a telesales team, in line with the overall sales and marketing strategy.
•    Following up e-mail and direct mail marketing campaigns by phone.
•    To meet all telesales KPI's and strive to exceed previous records.
•    Working closely and effectively with team members, marketing department, customer services and field based teams.

You will have two years plus experience of business to business telesales and must have strong telephone sales and communication skills.

You will be naturally self motivated and looking for an opportunity to work as part of a collaborative team to gain the reward and recognition you deserve.

Regional Business Manager

As a Regional Business Manager, you will be responsible for the sales operation of the company in a particular geographical area. This could well include several counties.

Typically, your specific responsibilities will include:

•    Maintaining and increasing sales of the company's products, and reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
•    Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
•    Servicing the needs of our existing customers.
•    Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
•    Compiling and analysing sales figures.
•    Collecting customer feedback and market research.
•    Reporting to Senior managers.
•    Keeping up to date with products and competitors.


Environment


You will be based in the region you are to cover using your home as an office base with a requirement to attend sales meetings at head office on a monthly basis or as requested by the National Sales Manager.

  
Skills and Interests


To be a Regional Business Manager, you will need to have:

Entry


You'll need a proven track record in sales and reaching targets. Previous sales experience in the Motor Trade would be an advantage.
You will need to be educated to GCSE as a minimum but any relevant work-based qualifications including NVQs in sales would be an advantage.

You must have a professional appearance and a positive “Can Do” approach that shows drive and enthusiasm with an ability to engage and build a rapport with customers and colleagues alike.

Purchasing Assistant position (£16k - £20k)

Autoclimate are the UK’s leading Automotive Air Conditioning specialist and are currently seeking a Purchasing Assistant to join our busy and friendly team. The Purchasing Assistant will work for the purchasing department, a key department in the defence and protection of purchase costs to maintain the Company’s profitability.

The role consists of:

•   Processing of daily memo’s into purchase orders providing a response within one hour of receipt of the memo.

•   Updating the Vehicle Hire Data Base whether it is for long or short term hire vehicles and the MID Data Base for ALL Vehicle Insurance

•   Manage indirect purchases and ensure the best possible cost and service are achieved

•   Liaising with contractors when they need to come on site and ensure that the work requested is completed to the required standard

You will be required from time to time to complete any task given to you by the Purchasing Manager or Financial Controller whether it is in your current role remit or not.

You will be required to plan the timing, implementation and completion of any service works required in the Autoclimate buildings.

If there are any emergency stock outs on parts you will be required to obtain the parts on next delivery from the designated suppliers.

Knowledge, skills & experience needed for the job   

•  1 – 3 Years experience

•  Minimum CIP’s Level 3 (Or working towards this and be prepared to study to CIPS level 4 which the company will fund

•  Excel spread sheet skills
